SL1 Awards Best Batter Prize to Trent Monday, May 4th, 2015 All week long nobody could get Ben Trent out in the Sub League 1 and that is the prime reason he was voted the Player of the Week. The Akron center fielder took home the trophy by blasting 11 hits in 22 at-bats for a .500 batting average, driving in 5 runs and scoring 3 times. Currently Trent is batting .318 with 21 hits and 5 home runs. He has knocked in 10 runs and scored 7 times. |
